Emilio Pascual Valtueña is a sound artist and sound designer for audiovisual and stage projects. He studied Audiovisual Communication (Universidad Complutense de Madrid) and Sound Production (National Film Television School, UK). He specializes in documentaries working in several series for BBC, RTVE and Canal Arte, and in live sound working in programs such as Later with Jools Holland (BBC).

He investigates listening, public spaces and any form of communication and uses them as a base material to create sound pieces, actions, installations and videos. Recently he has created concerts / sound activations for the Museo Vostell Malpartida, Klankenbos (Belgium), Fira Mediterrania de Manresa and Centro Dramático Nacional. He has also been in charge of sound design for performing arts and concerts at Teatre Lliure, Museo Reina Sofía, Teatro Español, Teatro Abadía, Centro Conde Duque, Sonar Festival and Auditorio Nacional.
